
HR Management System – Malagasy Customs
Contributed to the digital transformation of the Human Resources department within the Directorate General of Customs of Madagascar, from concept to implementation.
Designed and developed a centralized internal HR system using Java Spring Boot (backend) and Angular (frontend), connected to the institution’s central data warehouse to ensure secure and consistent access to personnel data.
The platform provides secure access for HR teams and staff members, centralizing core HR processes such as leave and absence management, permissions and authorizations, retirement tracking, personnel records, and career progression.
Employees can track the status of their administrative requests and personal files, reducing manual procedures, improving transparency, and streamlining communication between staff and the HR department.
