
Africa Scout Conference – Official Event Platform
Designed and developed the official website for the Africa Scout Conference, a major international event hosted in Madagascar.
Built a lightweight custom platform using PHP and Notion as a centralized database, enabling non-technical teams to manage content and operational data independently.
Developed a tailored back-office to support key event operations, including room scheduling (dates, time slots, capacity) and end-to-end workflows for calls for tenders and volunteer applications (submission to final selection).
Ensured seamless integration with a QR code-based access control system developed by another contributor, connected through a shared Notion data structure.
